Shipping policy

Where we deliver and how long it takes

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.

Cairo and Giza: within 3 to 7 working days of order confirmation.

Other governorates: within 5 to 10 working days of order confirmation.

Your order confirmation shows the expected delivery date.

Shipping fees

Cairo and Giza: EGP [X]. Other governorates: EGP [X]. Free shipping on orders over EGP [X] (if you offer it).

Shipping fees and any other charges are shown clearly before you place your order. You'll never be asked for anything extra on delivery that wasn't shown upfront.

Receiving your order

Every order includes an invoice showing our details, our tax registration number, the order date, and the items and prices.

Fragile items such as glass, ceramics, and fragrances are packed with extra care. Please check your parcel on delivery. If anything is damaged, our faulty-item policy applies (30 days, at no cost to you).

If we can't deliver because of an incorrect address or no answer, we'll contact you to rearrange.

Late delivery.

If we deliver later than the agreed date, or don't deliver within 30 days when no date was agreed, you may cancel at no cost. You can do this within 14 days of the delay or of delivery, whichever is later, by letting us know. We'll refund you immediately and cover all shipping and return costs.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can correct or change your order (address, quantity, items) within 7 working days of confirmation, as long as it hasn't shipped (Article 38). Once it has shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy applies.
