2. Products and prices
Each product page shows the item's essential details: origin, specifications, size or capacity, how to use it, and any warnings.
All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT and any other taxes. Shipping is shown separately and clearly before you pay.
A crossed-out original price shown next to a sale price is a price the item was actually sold at before the discount. Stock quantities shown are real.
Offers are valid for the period shown on the site. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
After you order, you'll get a written confirmation (email or message) with your order details, price, delivery date, and return terms. It will match what the site showed you (Article 38).
You can correct or change your order within 7 working days of confirmation.

Every order comes with an invoice as required by Article 10.
4. Shipping, returns and warranty

5. Safe use
Please follow the instructions and warnings that come with each product. For example, keep fragrances and diffusers away from children and open flames, and follow the care instructions for cookware. We're responsible for any harm caused by a defect in a product, as set out in Article 27.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, images, logos and the "More - مور" trademark, belongs to us or its owners. Don't copy or use it without our written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You may take any complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency. The Economic Courts hear disputes arising under the Consumer Protection Law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
